Lucchesse

In the 1880s when Sam Lucchese Sr. and his brothers started Lucchese boots, they also started a tradition of excellence. Every inch of a Lucchese boot is made of the finest grade of leathers. These near-perfect skins are often more expensive, but you can't put a price on unprecedented fit and comfort.

Lucchese Cowboy Boot Company has been making handcrafted cowboy boots since 1883, and the dedication to quality hasn’t stopped since the day they started. Lucchese cowboy boots are still made in El Paso, Texas, just as they were over a century ago. They use only the finest leathers and crocodile hides to make some of the most beautifully crafted cowboy boots around. When Sam Lucchese began making cowboy boots so many years ago, he started making them for cavalry men and some of Hollywood’s top movie stars. Each piece of Lucchese cowboy boots, right down to the ear pulls and the hand-driven lemon wood plugs, are hand-made by skilled craftsmen. The company relies on the skills of the craftsmen—not a machine, like some companies—to get the boot to near perfection. The machines they do rely on at the Lucchese factory are over 50 years old. All in all, it takes roughly two weeks to make a pair of Lucchese cowboy boots, and in that two week period a pair of cowboy boots will go through 200 hands before being finished, and getting inspected each time. No other pair of cowboy boots will fit as comfortably as a pair of Luccheses. Sam Lucchese Jr.’s design, which is the only one of its kind in cowboy boot making today, makes these cowboy boots stand out among those of other boot makers. Whether you have a custom order, or decide to buy a pair off of the shelf, you‘re still going to find the same special attention to detail in every pair of cowboy boots they make. Making a quality cowboy boot is the main goal at Lucchese. Their motto is “Quality, Fit, and Style”, and you can see that in any pair of their finely crafted cowboy boots the minute you slip them on your foot.
